Rules and Regulations

General Rules

  • Minimum Attendance is 75 %, failing which the student will not be able to appear for University Examination. If student is absent for 7 days continuously, without permission she may be terminated from the college.
  • Student will have to apply for enrollment in specific format. Only H.S.S.C. Passed candidate will have to pay enrollment fees with enrollment application. A private student securing her admission in the college will have to submit enrollment form. Application for enrollment should be submitted on or before last date as notified. After the last date late fee will be charged according to the University rule.
  • Students should collect identity card by paying ID card fees from the office, after producing admission receipt. If necessary, student will have to show identity card in the library, laboratory or office. If original identity card is lost, student will get new identity card by paying Rs. 50/-
  • It will be the student’s responsibility to see that, her admission is according to the university rules.
  • Student’s admission will be canceled if she has furnished false documents / information.
  • Without the permission from the Principal, student cannot give any information related to the college to the news paper or anywhere else.
  • Principal reserves the right to accept or reject the admission & it is not binding to show reasons for that.
  • Student will get Trains / S.T. Concession on the basis of permanent address, which she has mentioned on the application form. Student should give local address in details. Change of address & Phone Number should be informed to the office.
  • Above mentioned rules & university rules are binding on the students.
  • Student should keep her bicycle / scooter on the cycle stand. In case of breakage / lost it will be the students responsibility & not of the college.
  • Under graduate student will have to undergo for medical checkup by college appointed medical officer and also will have to appear for physical efficiency test.
  • Test exams will be conducted by the college before Diwali and after Diwali. All the rules of the exam are compulsory for the students.
  • College is entitled to publish students profile for merit declaration.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded if admission is canceled.
  • Rs. 100/- fine per paper will be charged if remain absent in college examination.
  • Complete fees to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Examination fees to be paid at the time of admission.
  • All the above rules are binding on student for the whole period of college.
