Smt. Radhadevi Goenka College for Women, Akola has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bajaj Finserv Ltd. to launch a Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance. This programme is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students of our college, as well as alumni who wish to enhance their skills and career prospects.

The training is delivered by certified trainers from Bajaj Finserv, covering four comprehensive modules:

• • Insurance
• • Finance
• • Communication and Workplace Skills

In addition, specialized psychological sessions focused on self-management are conducted by expert trainers, aiming to develop the overall personality of the students. This programme is a unique blend of knowledge, skills, and attitude development, designed to empower our girl students and prepare them for professional success.

Under the CSR initiative of Bajaj Finserv, this programme has been launched as an educational effort to uplift and empower young women. Students also benefit from online HR workshops that equip them with essential professional and corporate skills

Upon successful completion, students receive:

• • HR Workshop Certificate
• • Course Completion Certificate (endorsed by Bajaj Finserv, Skill India, NSDC, and AICTE), which adds value to their professional profile.

Moreover, this programme opens up placement opportunities in various corporate sectors, enabling students to step confidently into the industry.
